Geoffrey is an Agent who cares about his Customers. He is kind, courteous and makes sure I have the best insurance coverage to meet my needs. There are truly no words to describe his friendly customer service, and I appreciate how he has gone the extra mile to get me a quick and accurate quote. Other agencies might treat their customers as numbers, but not The Bowen Agency – Geoffrey treats me like a friend.

Geoff has always been available to answer questions about policies and claims process. Fortunately, I have had only a couple of occasions to ask hum about minor damage to my car, and no casualties to my house so far. Erie is a good, stable, conservative company and I have been happy with that carrier for over ten years.

I have been using Geoff Bowen as my insurance agent since moving to North Carolina 6 years ago. All my Auto, Home and umbrella policy's are with his agency.
He has always been quick to respond to all questions and changes to any policy and is very personable and professional.
