Geoff and Erie are the best. So glad I switched over 10 years ago. Erie has the best policies available. I have gotten many friends and family to switch and they have been very pleased. In an age where you can do almost anything online, I would always recommend knowing your insurance agent personally. There is so much value into knowing I can call them and they know me and my story. If I have a question or need an update, I don't have to contextualize anything! The Bowen's are a great family with a great business. I know were the worst to happen to me, my home, or my car, they have my back because my policies were written by them for me. I don't even live in the Durham area anymore and I have no plans to switch.
