In an age where you can do almost anything online, I would always recommend knowing your insurance agent personally. There is so much value into knowing I can call them and they know me and my story. If I have a question or need an update, I don't have to contextualize anything! The Bowen's are a great family with a great business. I know were the worst to happen to me, my home, or my car, they have my back because my policies were written by them for me. I don't even live in the Durham area anymore and I have no plans to switch.

Geoff and Rebecca are amazing insurance agents. They are responsive and always answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. I've insured many cars with them, bought life insurance, and use them for home owners and Geoff gets me the most competitive price every time. I've referred friends and colleagues to them as well. I feel fortunate to have found them!

I have been a client of Geoff's for four years. During that time, he has saved me a lot of money by getting me better (not just lower -- Insurer willingness to pay claims, and financial stability also matter) quotes for insurance, answering questions knowledgeably, and being patient and responsive when I need him. I am referring not only to my personal experience (though he does handle my personal insurance). As a real estate agent, I am constantly helping buyers find good insurance for their home purchases, and Geoff has been really helpful to my clients as well. Just last month, he helped a veteran buyer of mine save 40% vs USAA's quote. Give Geoff a call: I am confident it will be worth your while.
